Design & origination
Our in-house design department can help bring your designs to life or help with preparing your design for art work and print. Having full control from concept to print & despatch we are able to reduce lead times and react quickly to customers needs.
Our complete in-house origination service includes;

Our continued investment in machinery ensures that we are able to offer a range of options from single pass (one colour) to multi-pass (several colours). In 2020 we have invested in two bespoke machines capable of printing 4,000 items per hour in a single or four colour.
Our print equipments allows for the decoration of all types and sizes of products ranging from flat, oval, cylindrical and square via a variety of techniques such as screen printing, tampo pad printing and hot foiling. We are also able to spray coat products giving a unique look and feel.
Accurate colour reproduction is crucial in ensuring brand consistency, at Fudge Printers we are able to print any Pantone® reference, we can also colour match from any physical object.
We have a range of material finishes and inks ranging from frosted to pearlescent pigments allowing your product to really stand out from the crowd and be recognised.
Storage & despatch
Our own on-site secure storage facilities are climate controlled and can store up to 100+ pallets at any given time, allowing Fudge Printers to store unprinted stock ready for print, ensuring projects start on time and deadlines are meet. Your printed projects can either be stored or despatched and delivered in our fast 24hr delivery service.
