Screen printing
We have a variety of screen printing machines allowing the flexibility of single colour to multi-colours passes onto a us to screen print on to flat, cylindrical, oval and square shaped products in a variety of depths.
There are a number of advantages for choosing screen printing: print can be applied with high precision even on small items, there is an unlimited range of colour and print can be applied to a variety of 3D objects.
Our in-house design, colour matching and screen origination allows us full control of the project ensuring each and every project is complete effectively and quickly with minimum disruption.

Tampo pad printing
Tampo pad printing is a process where the chosen design is etched into a printing plate, then using one of our specialist semi-automatic pad printing machines, a silocone pad transfers that image to the product. Tampo Pad printing is used on products that are often of irregular shape, where other more conventional printing methods aren’t possible.
Our tampo pad printing machines allows the flexibility of single colour to multi-colours passes.
Tampo pad printing can be applied to:

Hot foiling
Hot foiling is often used to give a product high quality look and feel. This process involves heat transfer of a foil by means of a heated die. Silver and gold are commonly used, however foils are available in a variety of golds in standard colours and metallic.
Our hot foil machines enable us to print onto closures or directly onto products.

Spray coating
Spray coating allows you to achieve some striking effects, whether it’s a solid matt look or a gradual fade along the full height of your product.
We are able to apply coatings on containers ranging is size from a 5ml nail varnish bottles to large 1L bottles, including all shapes and sizes in between.

Material finishes
Fudge Printers offers a range of material finishes that will help your products stand out – we’re also open to exploring new finishes.
Iridescent inks: When your product is handled and offered to a light source at different angles it appears to change colour, giving a dual colour effect! This effect works best with a dark background colour. We are able to silkscreen iridescent inks onto the surface of a variety of containers.
Trans coloured: A hint of colour is applied to a clear bottle / container resulting in a translucent appearance.
Pearlescent pigments: Often used to give a high quality look and feel, resulting in a silvery lustre, iridescent effect resembling natural pearl. Our pearlescent pigments contain particles that are essentially transparent crystals of a high refractive index.
UV inks: By using UV inks faster production times can be realised. Ultra-violet light is used to dry ink as it is printed, which reduces drying times and speeding up the whole print process.
Frosted: A frosted catalysed ink is applied to clear bottle/container is frosted to give it a smoked, completely translucent effect, similar to a piece of iced glass.
High gloss: A clear gloss lacquer is applied to the product to give a striking high-quality appearance
Metallic finish: Transparent crystals are added to the chosen colour prior to printing to give a soft metallic sheen.
Foil blocked caps: Foil blocked caps add a touch of luxury to any product. Available in a range of standard colours from gold, silver and bronze.. Custom colours are available.
